Kynali operates strictly as an independent third-party software provider supplying technical webhook routers, stock vault databases, and automated email dispatch utilities. Kynali is NOT a merchant of record, retailer, distributor, manufacturer, marketplace, or custodian of customer funds. Independent merchants utilize their own direct payment processor accounts (PayPal, Stripe, Whop) and are exclusively and unconditionally liable for all items, creative assets, digital goods, or content they vend. 1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the prohibited commercial activities, restricted product categories, and compliance obligations required of all registered merchants, developers, and vendors utilizing the Kynali automation platform, APIs, storefront widgets, and checkout routers.
2. Strictly Prohibited Products & Content
You may NOT use the Kynali infrastructure, payment buttons, webhooks, or dispatch engines to distribute, fulfill, or facilitate the sale of any of the following:
- Unauthorized Broadcast & Media Streams: Unauthorized satellite/cable rebroadcasts, unlicensed video/audio streaming subscriptions, or infringing digital media.
- Compromised & Stolen Credentials: Hacked user accounts, leaked personal data, unauthorized login credentials, stolen credit card data, bank account logins, or brute-force dumps.
- Counterfeit or Cracker Tools: Unauthorized bypass scripts, malicious bots, malware, data loggers, DDoS services, ransomware, botnets, or security exploits.
- Infringing Intellectual Property: Counterfeit goods, unauthorized media copies, or any items violating third-party trademarks, copyrights, or patents without express commercial authorization from the rightful rights holder.
- Dangerous & Regulated Goods: Narcotics, controlled substances, firearms, weapons, adult exploitation materials, hate speech, or any goods prohibited under federal, state, or international laws.
3. Merchant Independence & Direct Settlements
Kynali does not participate in the commercial transaction between merchants and their buyers:
- Direct Buyer-to-Seller Financials: All payments initiated through connected gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Whop) are processed directly into the merchant's own independent payment merchant account. Kynali never receives, holds, escrow-manages, or settles buyer purchase funds.
- Merchant Discretion: The selection of products, pricing, delivery terms, and customer communication is determined exclusively by the independent merchant.
- Customer Support Obligations: Merchants must provide active customer service contact channels and promptly resolve buyer inquiries, order cancellations, and refund requests.
4. Anti-Fraud & Automated Enforcement
Kynali employs automated anomaly detection and fraud mitigation tools:
- Out-of-Stock Protection: System enforces stock bounds to prevent merchants from accepting buyer payments when zero fulfillment items exist in their stock vault.
- Customer Dispute Logging: Telemetry monitors dispute volume. High-risk transaction patterns trigger automated risk reviews.
- Immediate Termination: Any merchant account determined to be distributing prohibited goods or operating fraudulent schemes will be permanently terminated without notice, access to API credentials revoked, and relevant logs preserved for law enforcement review.
5. Reporting Violations & Law Enforcement Cooperation
Kynali strictly cooperates with verified intellectual property holders, payment card networks, and law enforcement agencies. If you suspect an independent merchant is utilizing Kynali technical software in violation of this policy:
